CPAP HOSE LIFT fixed bracket experiences
I have the CPAP HOSE LIFT using it under the mattress however it tends to lean so I am asking if anybody has used the fixed base bracket which screws onto the bed base & what is it like.

Strange you should ask this David, but I was speaking with someone 2 days ago who is using a bracket and another man last week who has an adjustable bed - they're both really pleased. We do have a limited number of these, but not realizing their popularity, haven't listed them onto the website. They're £6.00 including postage, so let me know if you want one. We have a new supply of the hose lifts on their way (they're just in UK customs at the moment so should be here soon) and have ordered more brackets plus the ground spikes for campers.

Kath delighted you think of everything including 'spikes' for campers. Not that I am ever going to go camping but where would they get the power for the CPap or BiPap machine from?

My camping days are over too Robert - could cope with a caravan, but not a tent. People use batteries for camping, but it's very expensive to buy them.

Better the comforts of a hotel me thinks but always need to have an extension lead with you just in case the sockets are in the wrong part of the room!

Yes, and these days they usually aren't near the bed, as I discovered when I was in Liverpool and had forgotten to take mine. Fortunately, the hotel came to my rescue.

Got the bracket fitted onto the side of a little table I use at the side of the bed to stand my machine on.
Works very well and keeps the lift upright. I used to find that with it under the mattress it leaned a bit and caught on the bedhead which is fixed to the wall.

That's good to hear David. Let's hope this shames my husband into getting round to fixing one up for me ;) I want to try it out on the wall behind the bed-head. I'll report back when it's finally done!
