Ian, I also use the Mirage Quattro and they do take a long time to get used too, what are your issues with why you are taking the mask off?
Ian, it's really difficult for some people, I have had mine for 2 years and some nights especially in summer I take it off and think I will put it back on in 5 minutes and fall alseep and wake up in the morning with it off. We can't beat ourselves up about not wearing it 100% of the time. I dont really have an answer as I dont think there is one, all you can do is wear it as much as possible. How have you been feeling since you have been using it, do you feel any better?
I'm the same although the rare occassion I have had it on for a full 8 hours or so I feel a bit light headed the next day I think it's getting used to more oxygen than I'm used to. The other thing we need to remember is it doesn't help us sleep, it helps us breathe which in turn should help us sleep, there is a slight difference. Have you taken any sleep aids? when you started using CPAP, I don't like recommending then but they help some people.
