I seem to remember being told that there is a version of this site that runs from Facebook? Is there a link or a name that you enter, after all these years I have reluctantly signed up to Facebook.

Here's the direct link to the private Facebook Group which is strictly for sleep apnoea sufferers and nothing will show up on your Facebook timeline to any of your friends - only people who are members of the group https://www.facebook.com/groups/SleepApnoeaSupportAndAwareness/ There are many people who have signed up to Facebook, just so they can be part of the group, as not everyone likes public forums, and especially when they wish to discuss more personal issues.
There is also a Facebook Awareness Page, where I post news and updates. That one is and open group for information and the other one is for support. Here's the link to the Page https://www.facebook.com/hope2sleep.co.uk and if you click to 'Like' the page you will see updates of new posts.
