Hi guys. I've been on CPAP for 3 months now, & I've noticed that my skin, particularly on my face, seems dehydrated, in that it's less plump & there are more fine dryness lines (it's not dry as in tight/itchy/flakey). Also, when I use the loo first thing in the morning, my pee is dark coloured. Am not drinking any less water (I try to make sure I regularly have water during the day) or any other changes to diet. I just wondered if anyone else noticed this happened to them too, & if upping my water intake will sort it out?

I won't repeat everything here Valerie as you got lots of comments in the Facebook Group when you asked this question there too However, for those coming across this post, the overall replies were to try to drink even more water. Good luck with this Valerie.
