Hi all, Just wondering if you might be able to give me some advice.
I have now been using my CPAP machine for nearly 5 month now, at the beginning I felt a new person and had more energy and was less tired.
The consultant says that I'm compliant, pressure is good and sleeping well, so why am I still feeling tired and have no energy and wanting to sleep all the time. I m sleeping 6+ hours a night and with my mask on all the time. It is now begining to effect my work and home life. My boss asked me the other day if I was not sleeping properly as I looked like ****.
In the morning, I am yawning for the first hour or so, the bags under my eyes feel like suitcases and by lunchtime I could go to sleep. About 2pm the yawning returns for about an hour, when I get home at night I could go to sleep but try not too, if I sit down to watch the news that is it I am a sleep and thats it for the night.
Could any one suggest any think that might allow me to have more energy and feel less tired.
