"Hi Bob (delayed reply as the forum wouldn't post last time I tried).  Your average pressure is certainly very low.  I'm assuming it's auto pressures (APAP)?  Your AHI is good too.  It would be better to upload a…"

"Just a thought Mags, but if the tiredness has come on you since you came off the iron/folic tablets, maybe that could be the cause?  Also a lot of people do need large doses of Vitamin D3 and I wonder if that could be affecting things now that…"

"Are your AHI results on the CPAP 5 or below? If so, check your hose hasn't developed any little holes. Occasional mask leaks shouldn't cause this.  If all is well with your CPAP therapy and you're getting 7-9 hours sleep every…"

Daytime Tiredness on CPAP

I have been on CPAP therapy for 3 years, recently I am feeling very tired in the daytime.  This morning my machine showed 8 hours 28 minutes and no leaks.  Use a ResMed automatic machine and a full face mask.  An odd time if I turn in my sleep my mask leaks this happens occasionally.  I am age 70 if that makes any difference. Any advice would be really appreciated.See More
