I have been on CPAP since Dec and I have never had more than 4 hours a night sleep with it. In fact having 4 hours is a good night and I normally manage about 2 hours. I put my mask on to go to sleep…Continue

None of you EVER need feel alone, as we're here to help - especially those of us who are now successful on CPAP.  Keep remembering that it wasn't easy for a lot of us at the beginning though, and it WILL get better with help from your clinic and us on here.

Love the way you've put how miserable you feel Linda, followed by a LOL :-D  We do have to have humour with CPAP don't we?
