Emil had his surgery
He did so well bless him, 3 days in PICU and home, managed to get the tube infected on day two but he's ok now. This was first time he has been hospitalised since he started cpap and for one the ICU staff couldn't belive he hadn't been in, and two they were amazed at the difference in him not just his breathing but he's growing now and developing they were so genuinely pleased especially the ICU consultant who Titrated him! He had minimal
Desats and they were to 85 and self limiting, improvement on de sats to 50 for prolong periods! He's such a good little boy bless him he loves his cpap that was another thing they were amazed at - how he tries to put it on himself!
Still on the look out for a battery option tho!

Great to hear Rachel, and also how much the CPAP treatment has had such a positive effect on his health and growth! Hope this latest surgery improves things even more.

Niamh isn't too bad bless her. Things haven't quite gone to plan but he's got rid of all the Tumor just got to hope it doesn't grow back now bless her
