Update
Just a little update. My readings have come down quite a bit lately. Although I'm not down as low as most of the people on here This is because of all of the medication I am taking. My ahi's have gone from 34+ per hour to 12.6. They seem to be going down, slightly each day.

That's encouraging to hear Carolyn, so thanks for the update. Hope you're feeling better in yourself as the AHI comes down. Hopefully it will keep on the downwards spiral for you :)

Well done Carolyn, mine took a while to come down to under 5, each person's body is different and will take different amounts of time to adjust. The more important this is how you are feeling and that you are lessing the risk of more problems. I have been told that the AHI will probably never be zero.
