Giovanna, I have never used it and by the look of it on the website don't think I would even try it, most of these oral devices are really only used to treat snoring or very mild SA. They don't help mild or servere SA. He would also need multiple sleep studies to see if it is actually working otherwise it would be a huge risk that he tries something that is not actually treating him. I assume he is currently on CPAP?
The Somnowell is a reputable device with some good feedback. However, like Terry says the best results appear to be with mild sleep apnoea and snoring. If your husband were to try one out, then I would definitely recommend he has a further sleep study whilst using it, to ensure it is treating his sleep apnoea. Good luck with your decision....
