I just have to day that Emil has started sleeping through the night, omg I never thought the day would come! He's so settled! He's still using the fit life and it's marvellous! I'm so glad he is sorted! Such a relief!
On a down note my partner has also been diagnosed with OSA I've been telling him since we've been together that he has a problem and he's just plucked up courage to go to
The doctors after he went for tests on his heart. He had a heart attack at 30! They have said it's probably the OSA that's caused it, he's had the sleep study and this showed severe OSA he sees the consultant on the 9th to discuss cpap

That's great news about Emil Rachel, and I bet now you wonder how you yourself have survived so long with broken sleep. Hope it continues!
Your partner is a lucky man with your knowledge. Hopefully once he gets on treatment his health will go from strenth to strength. I continually come across people who find out they have OSA AFTER the heart attack. If only they'd known...sigh.. Tell him we're here to help and support too :)
