Contoured CPAP Pillow
Has anyone tried the pillow that has bits cut out of it where your mask goes? I've thought of getting one, but I move my head about on my pillow, so I'm not sure it would suit me, if they do help.
Any thoughts gratefully received.

Tricia, I haven't used one but what I do is I have two pillows the bottom one I have as normal, vertical or across the bed and the top one I have horizontal or up and down the bed. I find that there is less real estate and less cahnce of knocking the mask if I turn on my side. It's a bit hard to explain but works for me.

Tricia, I have personally bought and tried 5 different types of the CPAP pillows, with very limited success. They obviously work for some people though. Just 1 of the 5 I spent a lot of money on had some success, and the main problem for me is that the mask never ended up in the right place on the cut-out. I'm currently sleeping on our prototype which is working a treat, so watch this space......
Meanwhile, Terry's suggestion is a good one or try sleeping on the edge of your pillow.

Don't spend the money on these pillows. Buy the memory foam and cut it yourself. You can pick these up for about 50 US dollars(that's like a buck for ya'll lol). Once you cut them to the shape you want you can sew a pillow case over them for protection.

.I already use a normal memory foam pillow. I was just curious, and wondered if the cut-out pillow was worth the money. After your comments, I don't think I'll bother though
